Refund Policy

1. Custom Implementation Services

High CPC Domains provides highly custom strategic planning, exact match domain acquisition, technical site builds, and authority outreach. Because the vast majority of our work involves unrecoverable labor, proprietary research, and irreversible digital asset transfers, we do not offer standard cash refunds once work has commenced or a domain has been transferred.

2. Digital Asset Purchases

If you purchase an Exact Match Domain (EMD) directly from our inventory, the sale is considered final at the moment the domain transfer is initiated to your registrar. Domains cannot be returned to our inventory for a refund.

3. The 90-Day Measurable Progress Guarantee

We offer a unique conditional guarantee for our done-for-you client acquisition systems. If, after 90 days of an active engagement, we fail to demonstrate measurable progress (defined individually in your Master Service Agreement as improvements in keyword footprint, authority metrics, site architecture, or lead conversions), we agree to continue rendering our labor and services at absolutely no monthly cost to you until that measurable progress is achieved.

This guarantee is an assurance of our time and labor commitment. It is not a mechanism for monetary cashback, chargebacks, or refunds of prior months paid, as those funds were allocated to labor and operational outlays.

4. Contract Termination

Clients may cancel their ongoing retainer agreements according to the terms specified in their specific MSA (typically requiring a 30-day notice). Upon cancellation, no prorated refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle, but all future billing will cease.
